Invoices are automatically emailed to the Organization Owner whenever a subscription is created, renewed, or upgraded. In the cases where you cannot find that email, accessing and downloading your current or past invoices and all other billing functionality is handled through your My Virtual Surveyor ( portal. This article will show you where any paid, due, and unpaid invoices from your subscriptions (active or ended) can be found within My Virtual Surveyor

Quick Guide

  • Access with the subscriptions Organization Owner identity
  • Click on the Invoices menu
  • A list of all of your invoices will be displayed
  • Click on the Download button to download your invoice
  • Open your invoice as a PDF file from the chosen download location

Accessing your Invoice(s) in My Virtual Surveyor

Once logged in you will be greeted by the Subscriptions page that displays your current subscription(s) and it's status(s), assigned and available identities, and your My Virtual Surveyor menu options displayed to the left. Click on the Invoices menu to access a list of your invoices and credit notes (if any).

The subscription page is the landing page when logging into My Virtual Surveyor. Click on the Invoices menu on the far left to access your invoices. 

Once you have clicked on the Invoices menu item a list of your past, current, and unpaid invoices will be displayed along with any credit notes (if any). Every invoice will display a current payment status  (either Paid, Unpaid, or Due), an invoice date, invoice number, PO number (if available), total invoice amount, and a Download button.  Choose the relevant invoice and click on the Download button to download the invoice as a PDF to a location of your choice. 

The Invoices tab will display a list of all your invoices with the relevant information. Click on the Download button in yellow to save a copy. 

Once the download button is clicked you will see a working icon, and your invoice will download, or prompt you for a save location (standard download location is in your computers Downloads folder)

Once downloaded you can open your invoice using any PDF compatible program. A sample invoice is below. 

Your invoice will display all of the relevant information to that charge.
