You don't need a W-9 form but a W-8BEN-E form.

Why is that?

• A W-9 form is only applicable if Virtual Surveyor nv is a US corporation, but we aren't. 
• Virtual Surveyor's operational platform operates from Belgium, and consequently, your contractual relation with us is through a Belgian legal entity. 
• Because we are a foreign corporation, you need to maintain a record of a W-8BEN-E form.
