When an Elevation Terrain is selected, the SELECTION - TOOLS menu becomes available. The TOOLS for Elevation Terrain menu contains functions that allow you to change the ordering of your Elevation Terrains, adjust the Z elevation, or clip them.

Mosaic Tools Group
Icon | Name | Description |

 | Move Up | Moves the currently selected Elevation Terrain up in the order of displayed Elevation terrains. Any Elevation Terrains displayed are shown in a set order, from top to bottom on all areas of overlap. |
 | Move Down | Moves the currently selected Elevation Terrain down in the order of displayed Elevation terrains. Any Elevation Terrains displayed are shown in order, from top to bottom on all areas of overlap. |
 | Clip | The Clip tool cuts an Elevation Terrain down to the size of the selected Boundary item. Both the Boundary item and the Elevation Terrain need to be selected to activate the Clip tool. Once used, any Elevation Terrain data outside of the Boundary is removed. |
 | Unclip
| The Unclip icon appears when you select a clipped Elevation Terrain. When you Unclip the Elevation Terrain, the terrain data that was removed by the Clip function—outside of the Boundary—is returned to its original state. |
