Virtual Surveyor includes the Copy Viewport tool that allows you to easily create screenshot of your project. You can either copy the screenshot to the clipboard or save it as an image. The Copy Viewport tool appears in the EXPORT tab.

Copy the Viewport to Clipboard

1. Position the camera as wanted for the screenshot.
2. Go to the EXPORT tab.
3. In the Viewport group, click on the Copy Viewport icon.
4. Paste the screenshot in the desired program. 

Saving the Viewport as an Image

1. Position the camera as wanted for the screenshot.
2. Go to the EXPORT tab.
3. In the Viewport group, open the dropdown menu under the Copy Viewport icon.
4. Select Save Viewport as Image.
5. Specify a file name and a storage location and click Save.

Use the Viewport Screenshot in Reports and Presentations

• Use the Copy and paste method or load the Viewport to presentation software to illustrate your survey report.
